Unsupervised open parking lot. Went to an event at the Ace hotel theater in the evening and car was broken in to. Read the reviews after the fact and it seems to be a problem in this lot in the evenings.

the car was vandalized and everything was stolen from it. avoid this place!

parking does not provide the slightest protection and on the ground there are only broken windows from all the cars that park. Disappointment. Shame on the parking lot owner.

I park here during the day during the week and it’s completely fine. I leave it until the late afternoon or early evening and it’s fine. Never had a problem. Seems like others have a problem with theft at night. Lock your stuff up and hide it.

The place is average. Yes, parking is cheap and well located. Your car should be safe during day time. However, my friend parked her car there last night and she got it stolen. We contacted LAPD, and hopefully we will have access to the parking’s cameras.

Tip: my friend has a KIA, and we learned that KIA cars can easily be stolen. The thieves don’t need the car keys to steal it. Be careful if you have a KIA.

I parked here overnight whilst staying across the street; my car and several others were broken into needlessly as there were no valuables visible in all the cars. I didn’t heed the warnings from previous reviewers but hopefully, I can help others avoid the same.

I parked my car there from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Window got broken and items stolen. Called number on the posting no answer. Called LAPD number on the posting, wrong number. Left message trying to get video to file police report. No return call. I should checked reviews before pulled into it.

Dirty and dangerous. Unsupervised most of the time and when we finally saw the attendant, he was extremely unfriendly and not very helpful

Go park somewhere else.
