I waited 1.5 hours to see an arrogant provider that spoke to me for 10 minutes with assumptions to simply dismiss my complaints as allergies (the providers diagnosis was not the issue, it was their approach). This was after paying for parking, dealing with untrained staff members, paying the $70 copay, being called to the back from the front counter and self-directed to the room, the uncomfortable interaction with the provider, followed by the providers apology for the wait time due to being a “new patient”. Keep in mind, I arrived 10 minutes early and 2 patients that arrived after me by more than 10 minutes were seen first. Needless to say, I urge your providers to refer you elsewhere.

Wow I can see why this Dr office has a bad rating's. I called this morning and Wendy and Josie answered the phone Wendy answered first and was so sarcastic and moody she didn't want to answer my questions and she even hung up in my face, I called back and at that time I got Josie on the phone she kept saying to me that Wendy didn't hang up in your face and proceeded to tell me that she was busy and need to hang up. All I wanted was to make an appointment to see the doctor about getting my ears cleaned. I have noticed that some of the doctor's have good practice but who they hire sabotage the doctor business. Both of these women who answered for Dr Brown office is not good for his business. Wow I see this a lot now a day's. We have to be careful of who we leave to handle our business. Wow how sad! I will never call this office again what a terrible experience and I feel so sorry for the Dr.

Very horrible experience from the staff. The most inefficient, inexperienced, unprofessional organization I have ever came across. I never even got a chance to meet the doctor because he was running over an hour late from his appointments. All the women at the front desk were sitting there gossiping the whole time, in a very stereotypical way. I canceled my appointment and booked else where. You have to show customer service if you want to keep your customers. Dr. Brown should revamp his establishment if he expects to get a consistent line of clients.

Had a surgery done by Dr Brown and all I can say is: I would never change him for any other doctor.

He saved my life and I’m glad I have him as my doctor.

He explains everything super details, the way you can understand very well. You can see he loves what he does and with all experience he has, it makes him a perfect doctor

Truly recommend

Office staff is HORRIBLE!!! I hope Dr. Brown reads the reviews and corrects this problem before it costs him his practice. They cannot take down a correct call back number. They lie and say they called you (when they did not). They make excuses as to why simple business procedures were not followed. They make recommendations they do not back. Its unfortunate patients have to deal with BAD gatekeepers to see a doctor they like. Please fix asap!!!

Called office today and asked 2 simple questions:
1. How much for an office visit to check my ear if I pay in cash?
2. How much to clean my ear if it needs it?

The woman who answered the phone gave me nothing but attitude and was extremely argumentative. She started out by reciting some stuff about insurance in a canned script. I stopped her and asked her again for the cash fee for a visit. At this point she insisted on my telling her if I had Medicare/ Medicaid or not, and refused to give me a price! I repeatedly asked her to give me a cash price and she repeatedly insisted I tell her if I had insurance or not. I said I had no insurance, and now could she please give me a price quote.

She started explaining why she needed to ask me these questions which no other ENT doctor had asked on the phone. I stopped her again. Said could she please JUST GIVE ME THE PRICE. More arguments! Unbelievable. At this point, I said if she did not give me a price quote, I was going to come in person to see the doctor and explain her attitude.

I got the price for an office visit! Now how much for a ear cleaning. Oh my, more argument. Long and short, she could not tell me if this was included in price or not, and if not, how much it was. She got all het up and put me on endless hold. Passive-aggressive staff is not the way to handle new cash paying patients. My call was on 5/16/2016, at 10:05 am, in case doctor wants to know who it was. Sounded like an African-American voice.

This is not rocket science. Its a ear cleaning. There are menus of services and they carry price tags. Pretty standard in the industry. I am dismayed by this level of non-service. If this is the way you handle sales, I wonder what your level of service after I become a customer. Disgraceful! I read other reviews on Yelp about staff being very rude. Fire this lot and hire new people!
