I've seen Dr. Niles for the last 2 years. I have a complicated mix of medical issues and he has been most helpful. I have had a chronic condition for the last 15 years and he has worked with me to find solutions. He has demonstrated more creativity in solving my problem than any of the specialist I've seen and his solutions are working.

I'm impressed with the breadth of his knowledge, his arsenal of solutions and his willingness to continue to keep trying until we have found solutions that work for me. He thinks outside the box. I feel like I'm receiving excellent care.

He listens well, digests your comments and recommends how to proceed next. He is caring, efficient and responsive. I love being able to message him through MyChart if I have a question.

Dr. Niles has been my PCP for the last several years. He is efficient. He will sit and listen. He will answer your questions. He has giving me additional reading materials on topics that I expressed interest in (healthy eating/ways to lower cholesterol). He has a dry sense of humor, he may not be huggy huggy, but he is efficient, and to the point. When I found a lump, he sat me down, laid out with the next steps, set up testing appointments (normally the urologist and/or oncologist sets up imaging appointments) and helped get me to the front of the line with his referrals. As long as he is in business, I plan to keep him as my PCP.

Incredibly dissatisfied with my service. I spoke with Dr. Gabriel Niles virtually for about 10 minutes and told him my concerns. Niles looked and sounded like he was reading off of WebMD. He then told me to "live my life" and not worry about it. I left with no answers and now have a bill to pay. I went to another doctor and they referred me to a specialist as an EMERGENCY patient after seeing my bloodwork. Niles didn't seem to take the appointment seriously and wasn't thorough or helpful whatsoever. Arrogant attitude and complete waste of money.

Recently had a health screening appt at Providence St. John's with Dr Niles. He was laid back and professional and asked lots of great questions. He said I could message him any time via the MyCharts app providence partners with, which I found super convenient. Would recommend Dr Niles for anyone looking for a primary care physician!

Very condescending and does not put his patients health first. He has been my PCP for a year now and he constantly misdiagnoses me. I kept failing and told him at my yearly check and he said I'm fine and didnt even order blood work which is the common standard. He also misdiagnosed my influenza as the common cold and didn't do anything for me so I missed my opportunity to get treated with tamiflu which is only effective for the first 48hrs. Had he tested me in the first place I could have had a much speeder recovery,
