Great option when going to a show at Red Rocks. Soft towels really sold me. It's so rare to find good towels. Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. Friendly staff that seems to want to go the extra mile. I
Restaurants within walking distance. I plan to stay here again when in the area.

I don't think we have ever had a more pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with was eager to help and always with a smile. I lost a necklace that had significant sentimental value and they found in the lobby and returned it to me. What a blessing! The breakfast was great and the staff kept everthing spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great too. This was a great place to stay for our John Fogerty concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night. It was close to Red Rock and Dinosaurs Ridge. The room was nice and clean. The pool was a hit with my son. It was clean and didn't smell like chlorine. The hot tub was nice. The breakfast was great. They had waffles, French toast, egg, chicken cereal, muffins, and fruit. Plus, more. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for our wedding and also booked a room block for our guests.
The rooms were good, but we had terrible service when trying to book rooms, communicate with their sales team, and get any sort of confirmation. We would have to email 2-3 times and even call to get a hold of their team to try to set up the room block and get confirmation that they booked us a room.

We were also told they had a free shuttle service for weddings but then once we booked the room block, we were told the shuttle was not available for the days we booked. (We had a friend use this hotel for their wedding as well who told us that the hotel did the same thing to them)

We had a meeting close to Hampton Inn, we're from out of state so needed to spend the night. We were SO pleased with the services provided here with the price of a room. Breakfast was great, then in the evening: complimentary wine and beer, and evening snacks. Office area with printer use (no extra cost to print), pool, workout room and a large very clean room for us and our 4 kids. This place hit ALL the boxes we needed to make us feel right at home in a place we've never been. Well done and THANK YOU

There was not a single part of our stay at this hotel that wasn't excellent -- from the location to the service to all of the amenities. I don't know what particular quality certain individuals expect, but for the price, I have to struggle to remember a better hotel.
Check in was a breeze, and both guest service agents at the front desk were warm and friendly. Christl was especially remarkable (courteous, patient, and professional), and assisted us in any way she could during our stay.
Our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and even had a nice foothills view to the west. As a pleasant bonus, we were there for an event at Red Rocks, which is a mere 15 minutes away depending on traffic.
Breakfast was better than most. It was the first time we've ever heard of chicken and waffles being offered in a hotel dining room, and they were delicious.
My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool -- which was a little shallow but kid-friendly as a result -- and the hot tub was fine. Frankly, if I was compelled to provide any real criticism about our whole visit it would be that the pool area smelled like chlorine, but that means clean and sanitized which we appreciate tremendously.
Overall, we really had a truly wonderful experience, and can't wait to stay here again!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at with the most unprofessional staff and manager ! HOTEL HAS BED BUGS. Our room had bed bugs , our jewelry was mysteriously missing from a very visible stop when the cleaning door sign was marked do not disturb, the manager was rude and extremely unprofessional and her office was a hoarders office. It was disgusting ! They told us they were going to comp our room for two of our four nights stay, this did not happen we got charged in full! They told us we had late check out until 1:30 pm then called and harassed us at 12 to ‘get out now’ of the hotel because they were full and needed the room! Sandy at the front desk is so unprofessional and cussed at the guests telling me the bed bug situation is bullsh*t even though she just told us she was not there the past for days to have knowledge of the incident. Reynalda and Sandy are the most rude unprofessional staff and clearly hate their life enough to try and make guests feel just as horrible as they do. Do not stay here unless you want to be treated like a joke and have your items taken !
