Wow! Traditional customer service is still alive! I came in to town for a concert and forgot my concert attire. Shortly after arriving I was greeted by Patrica. She was lovely. She was truly there to help. I did not realize the store closed before the rest of the mall. I was not made to feel rushed at all. We found a great dress for my concert. When I was let out of the store by the manager, she was so very pleasant. Did not make me feel uncomfortable for being late. Tuned out she is going to the same concert. It is lovely when you feel valued when making a purchase. Glad to see it’s still alive! Thank you ladies.

My favorite store in the Cherry Creek mall! The staff are always so welcoming. The bathrooms are always clean. The selection of goods is unbelievable. I also love that Chanel gives facials for their clients. The window display is currently such a vibe for Chanel as well.

I've noticed a lot of reviews are about the fragrance department. I have had similar issues, so here is my tip: go and seek out Barbie! She is literally the nicest, most helpful sales associate ever. She helped me try quite a few fragrances, and after those not working out, she suggested xerjoff italica. My eyes literally rolled back into my head, and I bought it the same day. 10/10 would recommend

Nice store with 2 floors included with a ton of selections. Just decided to walk around and look at a few things since I didn’t plan on buying anything from here. Staff very friendly, well stocked, clean, and well maintained.

Worth checking out. Great place to stop for some fancy shoes and clothing.

I came by recently to thank Elena for helping me select the perfect perfume for my wedding in May. I didn’t plan on purchasing another one; however, being back in the NM fragrance area rekindled that heartwarming experience that I’d had in May, and I found myself excited to go home with another scent. Once again, Elena came to the rescue bringing an armful of beautiful fragrances to try. It did not take long to fall in love with one she picked out for me. Even though it was out of stock, we made an order and Elena sent me home with a several samples of scents that I like, including the one that I purchased.
I have never been a perfume person per se, but that has totally changed. Choosing the perfect scent for the day is an enjoyable part of my morning routine. If you are looking for the perfect fragrance and have no idea where to begin (or even if you do), I highly recommend asking for Elena.
What is most enjoyable is her sincere enthusiasm to helping others. She is a gem.

I did forget to mention in my other review: the day I bought my wedding perfume, Elena gave me multiple samples of popular men’s cologne to take home for my now-husband to try, which was incredibly kind and helpful (esp since his idea of fun is not to spend the afternoon in a Neiman Marcus, much to my dismay. I will still keep him though 🙂 He did end up purchasing one of those scents.

Hers— Baccarat Rouge 540 Extrait (which I’m pretty sure is pure dopamine in a bottle)
His— Creed Mountain Water
The new one is “Queening” from Mind Games.

The Baccarat takes me back to my wedding day whenever I smell it; I will never again underestimate the power of our olfactory senses, and how nostalgic it can be. It truly transcends time.

I had the pleasure of meeting Guy M. today who was exceptional to work with. I came in for cologne and he worked with me to find the right fragrance and suggested additional skin care products for the situation. It really meant a lot that he took the time to understand what I was looking for and I'm quite happy with the purchases today. I'll be returning very soon. Thanks again, Guy.

The mens department didn't have what I was looking for but had some great conversations with associates there. I really love that the people here really care about fashion. In a liberal area like Denver its hard to find people with passion about anything let alone their jobs so this was a refreshing surprise.

My sister was in town from Georgia and I was showing her around and taking her to all the malls and stores. She didn't purchase anything in Neiman Marcus but did find some interesting things that she liked. I may surprise her and get one for her and have it shipped to Georgia.
