PS is a start-up which began in 2017. It has an outstanding team of professional, innovative, creative and kind team members from Food & Beverage Servers to Operations Associates of all levels. The concept is wonderful and the work of the ground-level employees is outstanding. They appear to rely on one another for strength and camaraderie. However, I have noticed some of the same loyal workers over-worked and seemingly overlooked. Furthermore, there is something sinister going on with employee tips. The last time I was there, I got a cult-like vibe and, as a consumer and a person with some business acumen, I've sensed red flags. I am not sure what's happening with the managerial structure or how the executives truly treat the ground-level workers. So, in good conscience, going forward, I won't be using PS.

The entire experience at PS was absolutely amazing! To be picked up directly from your flight and never setting foot in the main LAX terminal is hard to describe. We had a great dinner in the Salon the night we arrived and were able to experience one of the Suites on the return trip home. I had the S'mores as a dessert prior to my flight home and they were great. Going through TSA at PS was pleasant and quick. We were driven right to our aircraft and escorted up to our flight. I was impressed with every member of the staff that I encountered during my brief stays there and have never felt more genuinely cared for. Their attention to every detail didn't go unnoticed!

Staff, food, attentiveness are all amazing. Super happy people at your beck and call. They’re out in front of everything. Anyone who gives them a 1 star review for what they feel about management or employee issues is quite frankly out of their mind, and should be enjoy going through LAX in the traditional horrible fashion.

This really is the premier way to travel, unless you are flying private. This has all the feel of an FBO. The staff is incredible and attentive. The amenities are top-notch, and the selection abundant. They make everything as seamless as possible. Our travel party was large, including three small children, and the PS LAX team made the experience as pleasant as possible.

The avocado toast was excellent! One small problem when the bottom of the plate apparently had something on it, so when I put it on my lap, it stained my pants. That isn't really anyones fault, just an unfortunate situation.

I highly recommend this for anyone looking to take a significant step up from the airline lounges.

I visited PS during a recent business trip to LA. From the moment I arrived at the secure entrance, the team treated me and my driver with the utmost care and highest level of service. Both the suites and the salon are well appointed and comfortable. The team offered a nice selection of breakfast items as well as a full bar. I chose the oats with a mimosa. Both were delicious. They also offer champagne and caviar upon each visit. The private TSA was quick, and the car to the plane side was a huge timesaver. The driver was awesome and friendly. The PS team did a fantastic job of creating a comfortable and professional environment. I will certainly be back.

The ONLY way to travel commercial in my opinion . They went above and beyond and made my Birthday so special ? and I didn’t even expect any of that. Everything is beautiful, the suite is fully equipped with anything you need and more, and the service is impeccable. I hope many more airports will incorporate this. ?

I won't be able to go through the normal airport experience ever again. PS elevates the lounge experience to a whole new level, providing a level of comfort and ease that I haven't ever had at an airport.

From the moment we arrived, we were cared for, fed spectacular food and drink, and were reminded when it was time to go and were swiftly driven to our plane. Forget lines, bustling people, and mediocre lounge food, this is the ultimate way to travel in comfort.

I almost don't want to review this, because this lux private experience was made perfect by how not busy it was... But I also want this to expand to more airports, so here is my 5*!
