I been trying to make an appointment for the past 3 days.. I been ignored.. I purchased through Groupon.. I call the number that is posted in their website and the number I been given to schedule an appointment.. they never reply back they honestly don't care about customer service.. I just requested a refund.. how unprofessional..

Hello , I normally don’t leave negative reviews save your money and do you research this establishment is so choppy and unprofessional the staff should be a little bit more organized with there booking and communication with customers as well. The level of customer service is so unprofessional to the extent that they shouldn’t have the opportunity to be partnering with other agencies. Being a esthetician you would think you would have a little bit of patience with your customers as well as better communication with your customer we are the reason why you have a occupation you should have all your accounts inline as the service was paid for and no service was provided but a very rude welcome and very unpleasant attitude by staff.

I needed eyelash extensions for a friend's wedding at the last minute and they were able to take me in. Janet was super sweet and accommodating and she listened to what I wanted. She was professional and made sure I felt comfortable from beginning to end! I absolutely loved how they came out and I can't wait to go back for refills 🙂

I have been getting my lashes done by Selina for the past 5 years. I would not go to anybody else. She is super talented and the only one who makes them perfect and fluffy.
