I know it’s not a dream job but take some pride in any job that you do, you would think you would want to be the best in whatever you do. I started out working at jack in the box and the food was always on point. Like what is this, manager or someone, worse Taco Bell like food is luke warm always rushed. 1 out of five star.

Beyond upset! Came in for lunch, ordered on the app. Went to go get it, ordered the new jalapeño ranch veggie fries. Check it and it’s beef. Go in. Tell them, they ‘fix it’ walk back out and check just incase, it’s BEEF AGAIN! Go in and talk to the manager. He says he will make it right and gives us a free taco coupon and makes it. Go to take it out of the car, leaked through the bag because the lid wasn’t on. Go to eat it and it’s overflowing of sauce… pretty much sauce with a side of fries. Not even edible at this point. Go to open the new chicken cheesy chalupas, did ask for extra sauce. NO SAUCE and STEAK! Ordered chicken. Go to eat Doritos locos taco supreme… NO SOUR CREAM! $40 and nothing was right. Can’t go back now, already went back in twice and don’t have time to go back. A free taco coupon doesn’t fix these $6 chalupas and $6 fries that went to waste. Came here thinking they’d be better because 120th is closer to me but always out of items… this is awful. All taco bells! Won’t return to any of them.

No ICE for over a month?! I typically only go here at night so I don’t know if it’s just that they run out by the end of the day or if they are out all day due to a machine issue. But over a month of not having ice for your drinks is insane. Also I often only get like 3 sauces in my bag when everyone knows you need at least 2-3 per item. Idk why or when we got so stingy with the sauces. These are the main reasons I’m rating a 2 and even writing a review at all. Otherwise this is the only Taco Bell I like. Staff (for the most part) are really nice and my food is decent majority of the time as much as you can expect from fast food these days. Just PLEASE fix your ice machine and don’t be so stingy with the sauces. We beg you!

Always getting orders wrong, portions are half what they used to be, prices have skyrocketed, when you go inside to replace a forgotten item expect to be ignored for 10minutes. Overall I’ve probably been here about 200 times in the past two years because it’s closest to me and I have a demanding job and not much time to get food…and I’m done. Only about 10% of my visits have been acceptable. If you order online and there’s a problem, expect them to tell you to take it up with them online, and then expect no one to ever respond to you online. Over a dozen times now I’ve been ghosted like this. I just spent $18 and I’m barely full. Could have gone literally ANY where else and gotten a better deal, better service, and better quality food.

Got home 30 mins from location just to have the wrong order paid $13 for a crunch wrap seriously they said to come back to location to get a refund I'm not driving 30 mins back just to drive another 30 mins home cause ppl can't do there job correctly won't be returning to this location just pisses me off $13 for this not My order

Every once in a while we run for the border and in all the years we've come to this location they have rarely messed up our order. They are usually very friendly at the drive thru and the service is pretty quick.

Night crew is the actual good crew! Not melted cheese come on!? No wonder Wendy's is doing waaaay better. Want to pay for horrible quality this is the taco bell to go to! Super old potatoes are definitely on the menu! Been told by previous employees that I need to order from the app from the online exclusives menu to get the box. LIES! They will still place your chips and get mixed with the cinnamon twists. I might as well ask to get spit on as I drive away that's all they are missing. HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!!!!!

Thank heavens you have people who take pride in their work (3 which we saw). We visited here after ordering at the Taco Bell on 120th and Colorado. Horrible service, dirty and had at least 6 crew members filling drive through orders and grub hub and online orders while we waited more than 30 minutes to not even get served! We will always go to your store from now on. We ordered and we're served in 4 minutes! You even apologized because you thought you were slow. Your crew rocks !
